This colorful dip is bursting with the garden-fresh flavors of spinach, bell peppers, onions and celery. It's great with crackers, breadsticks, croutons, fresh bread or crisp fresh veggies.
Serving suggestions:
Add a can of drained, chopped water chestnuts for extra texture, or fold in a can of bay shrimp or minced clams. For an even spinachier dip, add a package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained.
